Nobody likes to breakdown while in the midst of traveling. I must say that J1 performance went above and beyond to ensure I got back on the road promptly. Great service. Great communication. Needless to say I was more than satisfied. Thank you J1 performance for all that you have done to seamlessly assist me.

I can’t say enough good things about J1 Performance & Repair! From the very beginning, they were speedy, honest, transparent, kind, and just genuinely great to work with. The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so compassionate, understanding, and patient with me, and I could truly tell that she cared about helping me and not just getting my vehicle in and out. She kept me updated and in contact with me throughout the entire repair, which gave me so much peace of mind. On top of all that, my vehicle was repaired in even less time than I was expecting! It’s so refreshing to have a local business that you can trust and feel comfortable doing business with. I highly recommend J1 Performance & Repair to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. You won’t meet nicer people than the team at J1 Performance. I brought my truck to 3 other shops and they couldn’t figure out why it was overheating. They figured it out in one day. Go ahead and use these guys and you won’t be disappointed!

I am writing this review on behalf of my 81 year old Mom who just had this recent experience with trying to get her Ford Explorer repaired. A light came on saying that there was an issue with her ABS braking system. She took it straight to the largest Ford dealership in our area. And what a terrible experience we had! They kept her car for 8 days, with hardly anything getting done on the car, continuously coming up with needing more service in order to fix the SUV from Carshield. After being completely aggravated with this situation, I told them we were having the car towed to someone who could fix it! They charged my Mother a $240 diagnotics fee before Carshield could take it away. Enter J1 Performance into this situation! And please if you are reading this review, do yourself a favor, and go straight there 1st! J1 got her Explorer and were able to deal splendidly with Carshield, figuring out what was wrong, without all of that hassle that the "dealership" was stalling with! So, we did have a slight issue with finding one of the parts in question. But Season, who was our main contact at J1 was in constant communication with us searching everywhere for the part! I cannot even imagine the effort that she went through, but she didn't stop until the part was in their hands! She was AMAZING! As soon as the part was in, they went to work and had Mom's Explorer ready in no time! I am so grateful to the J1 crew/their capability/ and kindness and that we ended up getting the SUV there for the work. We have found our expert car care service in J1 and if you are smart, you will call these guys too! And now I can say, that we have alao brought my Husband's diesel truck there for an alternator replacement. Yes, they also work on Diesels and in 2 days, he was already back on the road and a very happy guy knowing he has found a good and reputable diesel mechanic!! Thanks J1, we appreciate you!!
